About Nina

Welcome!

Healthy digestion, happy life!

I am a Certified Nutritionist and Healer focused on helping women with chronic digestive problems rebuild their digestive health and experience more vitality.

Before I became a nutritionist I worked in the fashion industry, a very stressful job. I was not eating well and suffering from digestive issues, food allergies, insomnia, and mood swings.

One day I had a terrible food allergy reaction that sent me to the emergency room! While I was laying down waiting for the doctor I started remembering a time when my health was not in chaos, when my body did not feel broken and my spirit was calm. I realized right then, that I needed it to find out the root causes of my digestive issues and change my lifestyle in order to go back to my true self.

This and other events led me to pursue my studies in nutrition and a certification from Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). While doing my training I healed my gut by applying what I was learning and I am delighted to say that I have no more digestive distress. And, as a bonus, I found my purpose in life and my true self.

Now my mission is to educate and work with women that want to heal their digestive issues so they can have more vitality!

The way to health and happiness starts with you!

With love and gratitude,
