I had the great pleasure to meet Chef Michael Natkin at Queen Anne Farmer’s Market in Seattle and at a Book signing at Queen Anne Books. He has written a wonderful recipe book “ Herbivoracious” (I have an autographed copy!). It is fabulous with 150 original vegetarian recipes, the photography is amazing and delicious as the recipes. This book is for anyone, it does not matter if you are Vegetarian, Omnivore, Carnivore, Vegan, Pescetarian, or Flexitarian! Many of the recipes are either vegan or easily made so with simple substitutions, and the same is true for gluten-free.
The following recipe is included in his new book. Enjoy!
